At KW Global Solutions, we are ready to be your trusted partner to successfully implement or optimize your NetSuite platform. We have over 18 years of experience in consulting and corporate finance. We have deep expertise in NetSuite and have been leading NetSuite implementations, optimizations and providing on-going support/maintenance to existing NetSuite clients for over 6 years. We have worked with clients to transition global entities to the NetSuite platform and identify areas of focus to maximize use of the tool and develop more efficient internal processes.
Additionally, we have experience managing projects that include performing financial month-end close assessments and optimizations, managing finance workstreams for acquisitions, integrations, mergers and divestitures for global companies and has performed vendor assessments for companies looking to select a new ERP and implementation of various tools to help drive efficiency within the finance and IT organizations. We have a breadth of experience in various functions across finance including: financial planning and analysis, program management, budgeting and variance analysis for global businesses.
Our founder and solution lead is a graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program (FMP). While at GE, she also completed Six Sigma blackbelt training and completed Six Sigma process improvement projects. She has experience in Global markets which includes travel to Asia and Europe to perform assessments, conduct analysis and implement changes. She has worked with all levels of the corporate structure, including senior management, and has a track record of consistently providing excellent client service. She is motivated and enthusiastic about driving improvement throughout the finance and accounting organization with efficient ERP tools, process improvement and integrating functions to maximize efficiencies within an organization.
Our founder is extremely competent and hard-working, and develops wonderful relationships with her clients while becoming their trusted advisor. Many of her clients have remarked that she is an outstanding resource and their experience with her has been much better than their experience with previous NetSuite partners, and multiple clients have come back to her with additional projects based on their great experience working with her and have also referred their colleagues at other companies to her.

FULL NETSUITE IMPLEMENTATIONS
Turning a New Page
Led full end-to-end NetSuite OneWorld implementation project, which included management of the following workstreams: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Intercompany, Electronic Payments, Integrations (multiple integrations between NetSuite and other systems)
Developed and managed complex project plan for implementation and multiple integrations workstreams
Conducted requirements gathering, design and configuration sessions with client and created requirements documentation
Identified solutions where workflow, scripting and configuration were needed and managed resources to develop, test and implement solutions to address all requirements that were not met with ‘out of the box’ NetSuite functionality
